random changes to flights with no explanation - 6 weeks in advance??!

I made a booking yesterday for 3 people to fly to CT. Within hours of booking the flight was just changed to a later flight with no explanation. The new time puts pressure on other arrangements. Tried to call the call centre repeatedly to no avail.

Honestly - why do we keep giving you second chances??
