Q-Jump. Just legal way to rope money! Shame

Once again. Q Jump is just a **** and another way to rope people. I paid R50 X2 for Q-Jump options and in both flight none of the boarding staff even bothered to check what people have PAID FOR!!! There was a sign indicated where Q-jumpers should stand but once boarding opened, staff started checking other side with no consideration to what's been claimed to be (be first in line). SHAME ON YOU. May be you gained R50 extra but you really lost a loyal customer.
