Professional Con Artists

Kulula are just professional *******. Their whole strategy to get back into this market is based on a con. They advertised some amazing specials in February for local flights, so I booked OR Tambo to CPT return in June for R952.68. Really good deal, then once you paid, they start telling you they have to change this flight, then another SMS that the other flight has changed, and so it goes on. If you don’t accept their times they advertised and promoted, and you need to change your flight to suit one’s own life, they now want to charge me over R1000 to change my flight. So a R952 deal is now R1952 - they NEVER had any intention to honour any of their flights or schedules, but to hook you in and make you pay for changes that was not your fault. Should have stayed in Business recuse than be economic pirates.
