Price Change During Transaction?
I wanted to make a vitality booking through your website: I selected my flights and proceeded to the next screen. Wanting to check something on my flight selection, I returned to the previous screen, only now the flights that I had selected was suddenly R300 more expensive! I did not deselect the flights or cancel and restart the transaction, so how can you now want to charge me more for something which I was already in the process of buying?<br> <br> I did not continue to buy the flight since I demand to pay only the price that I was originally quoted.

I am sorry that you could not confirm the fares you initially selected. As kulula.com is a live system, fares are subject to availability. Customers are using our website night and day to book flights online and if payment is not made in time, the fares are released back into the system for resale.
Please note, the prices are not changing. As customers are booking, the lower fares are being sold out leaving the higher fares available. This is in accordance with the supply and demand business model .
