I can assure we do appreciate the frustration customers can be caused as a result of their seat requests not being met . A pre-selected seat cannot be guaranteed as it may need to be changed due to unforeseen operational, safety or security reasons even after a passenger has boarded the flight and this is a random selection . Any seat selected by a customer is not set in stone due to aforementioned reasons .
I am aware my colleague has been in contact with you in this regard and she has advised you accordingly .
