pre booked seats ordeal

Hi there WE have pre-booked our seats on a return flight Cape Town - Johannesburg. When we got to the check in, we asked the lady at the check in counter to make sure that we are given the seats we pre-booked. She nodded and said yes. when we got to the plane. we were given completely different seats. when we asked the flight attendant why we are not given the seats we pre-booked, we were told that these seats are not available and that we should ask Kulula.com for a refund.

Well, i have called Kulila.com three times already. The first two times the call got cut off after a loooong wait. The third time i waited 30 minutes and after my airtime was finished, i had to put down. Not impressed... Kind regards
