Pre Booked & Paid Allocated Seats Not Honoured by Kulula

<p>We made a kulula reservation two weeks ago and prebooked our seats for both flights,3 A&B.</p> <p><br />The prebooked seats was not free and I had to pay almost R300 extra for the prebooked seats.</p> <p><br />My partner and I just checked in at Kulula check in counter at OR Tambo Airport and the check in staff member informed us that there was a flight change and that our pre booked and paid for seata 3 A and 3 B that was confirmed were cancelled.</p> <p><br />We were allocated seats 2 A and 2 F meaning we are not even allocated seats next to each other?</p> <p><br />Kulula did not inform us of any changes,nor did the check in staff try to allocate us seats next to each other,nor were I offered my money back that I paid for the seats???</p> <p><br />Huge inconvenience,where is the apology and compensation for the huge inconvenience?</p> <p><br />I want answers and I want them now!</p> <p><br />Kulula.com management need to get their act together!</p> <p><br />PS:I do not want a email or call from a agent,only management!</p> <p><br />Advocate Mynhardt</p>
