Possible **************
I find it sad and strange that Kulula has what I feel to be possible discriminatory policies towards passengers who require assistance.
Booked a flight for a family member, but because we requested assistance for her due to her age of 70 years Kulula refuses to allow her to book a seat of her choice despite that she wants a window seat.
They say assisted passengers cant request a specific seat... Wow, sorry she wants to sit at a window and enjoy the view!!!
Their attitude is basically: tough luck deal with it its my problem not theirs.
Shame on you Kulula, you turn a special trip for a pensioner into a stressful and unhappy experience...

Thank you for your post.
Taking care of our special needs customers is important to us and we take this matter seriously by investigating every event to improve our services.
We transport assisted customers as well as a small amount of wheelchair customers per flight. Please note that disabled passengers are seated closer towards the back or front doors, so that crew can assist to de-board these passengers in an emergency situation. It is therefore not possible to pre-seat assisted customers in advance. There are certain seats blocked off in order for our Editing team to pre-seat our assisted passengers on the day.
Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to explain.
Yours Sincerely,
Nazley - CR
