Poor service, rude and steel your belongings

Bought a ticked 3months ago got to or thambo wanted to check in my luggage only to find out that the plane is over booked and there is no space on the plane for me. There ascuse is every airline does it they can't do anything I must wait for the next flight. 6 ours later got in George and I forgot my wallet on the plane so I went to the luggage counter and infront of me was a lady, kalula lost her luggage a 'nother couple complaint that there zip of there luggage is broken so and there is stuff ******, 3rd person infront of me had the same problem there bag was damage and there were stuff ****** out of there luggage as well. I got home unpacking only to find out that they stole my tablet out of my bag as well. So from my point of view is kalula dishonesty starts from Manugement straight through to there staff. First thing is they sell tickets and they know the ane is booked out and then there staff members at the check-in is rude and to top it off they steel your belongings. Don't ever use kalula. You will only get your stuff ****** with poor service.
