POOR SERVICE - KULULA.COM

Poor Service and bad communication - What a disappointment trying to book a plane ticket using Discovery Vitality and Kulula.com Monies were taken off my account for a ticket that was never issued. Now I have to wait for funds to be reversed so that I can try and book again - definitely at a higher price!! Why must the consumer pay for an internal error?

Further to this call center agents aren't given authority to help in situations like this.

I'm so disappointed.
