POOR SERVICE COMAIR

I have waited 6 weeks for a refund from kulula/comair. They have not bothered to inform me of updates or confirmation of a refund EVER. I had to phoneJane Safr to get information from Comair! She told me 3 days ago the refund was processed...im STILL waiting !!!!
