Poor service booking
booked made on kulula [URL Removed] , made a group booking with my wife so we can sit together as my wife is nervous when flying. <br> They told me as long as we did a group booking we would sit together.<br> Once checking in now we sitting 5 rows apart , i explained my wife is nervous but just got blatantly ignored. No consideration and will never fly Kulula.

Seating on the Comair flight is subject to availability at the time of check-in. We do not pre-book seats for groups anymore due to an option to pre-purchase a seat of choice.
If you do not which to pre-purchase a seat, you can follow the normal check-in process whereby you can check-in online, 24hrs before your flight and select your seat according to availability or you can use the facilities at the airport.
Seats cannot be guaranteed as it may be changed for operational, safety or security reasons, even after boarding the aircraft.
Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to explain and do once again apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
