Poor service at Kulula check-in

After standing in a queue to weigh one luggage item. The consultant byt the name of Sharice, rejected to assist me. She asked me to return to the line and check in with someone she had seen me with, assuming we are together.

I almost thought Kulula has a policy that prevents individuals from being allowed to check in on their own. I do not understand her behaviour as I had a ticket booked in my name, therefore I should be allowed to check in without being accompanied by anyone. I am over 21

The consultant 'Sharice' truly angered me when she refused to do a simple job that would have only taken a minute.
