Poor service at bag drop off desk

<p>I had to stand in line and watch quite a few Kulula staff leave their counters and only have three people left. Out of the three, one person was busy with a customer checking their bags in while the other two were at their desk for quite some time doing I dont know what. They eventually started helping the customers in the queue. During this wait, the queue ended up being so long. I was unhappy with their service. It seemed as if they had a dont care attitude. This happened on Sunday, 9th October around 12.30pm. I spoke to the lady who checked my mums bag in and she said ok. No apology or anything. Seems the staff is not efficient and have a dont care attitude. </p>
