Poor service and no help or understanding.

I am greatly disappointed with Kulula.com that has no consideration for unforeseen circumstances. All other airlines are willing to let you make a name change if the person that the ticked is booked for cannot use it anymore. Obviously at a fee. But the option is there. Kulula.com will not allow you to make a name change or give you a refund so you can re-book in someone else name.
