Poor Service and No Customer assistance

My wife was flying with Kulula Airlines. She is pregnant and we read the airlines terms and conditions. It clearly states that we require a letter from her doctor if she is beyond 28 weeks. We did not need a letter as she was not beyond 28 weeks. My wife was not allowed onto the plane and to clarify to the staff that my wife was not beyond 28 weeks, we called her doctor who explained to them that she was not and that she could fly as she has been having a healthy pregnancy. She was still not allowed onto the flight and was requested to either change the flight or get a voucher from the Kulula ticket desk. My wife was alone at this time as I had only found out about this inconvenience as my wife was boarding and I had to make my way back to the airport, her travel party had also boarded the plane. She went to the Ticket Desk and was told that she could not receive a voucher and her only option is to change the ticket which would cost more than just booking a new ticket. Additionally due to this inconvenience caused by Kulula, my wife loses out on her return flight. This issue clearly shows that Kulula is not interested in Safety but on ways they can find to charge you more. If they were sincerely interested in my wife's health, they would of asked not to fly, given her a voucher for the value of the flights and requested her to make a booking and present the letter of clearance from her Doctor on her next flight. That would of been customer service, and a true reflection of customer safety. All this shows is that Kulula will look for any excuse to make you pay more. I have mailed Kulula and at the time of typing this, I have received a response that they have forwarded the matter to customer relations and that I should expect to receive a response in 48Hrs
