POOR SERVICE

I have been calling Kulula.com call Centre for 3 weeks and hold for 15-30minutes listening to the music. l have send them 3-4 emails and nobody responded although they promise to response within 48hrs. Can someone call me reference HYWHSM. This kind of service is disgusting.
