Poor service

On the 19/09/2019 my flight was booked for 18:10 to return on the 23/09/2019. on the 19/09 my flight was delayed for around 2 hours and on the 23/09 by 15 mins and on neither of these flights were we the passengers advised of why the flights were delayed nor were the staff apologetic in any way.
