POOR SERVICE

Trying to book airline tickets using my Travelbank credit resulting in the total amount being deducted from my credit card. Kulula kindly cancelled my flights and booked new flights using my travelbank credit. However, 12 weeks onward and I am still sent in circles about the refund of the original tickets. Poor poor service. Nobody seems to know how to handle this. The feedback is different every single week !!!!
