Poor service

After ONLINE having to change returning date cause off an emergency Kulula had a system error, we saw that 3x R3450 was deducted, went to George Airport was told that no date change was on the system and that we had to pay add R805 It has taken from 30/1 up to 5/2 to get this amounts back. Not by help off Kulula (spoke to Archi , Godfrey, Valicia and Snr Beanka) all empty promises Thank goodness for lady at Nedbank we finally were informed our money was being paid back Will never make use of Kulula again. The system was faulty, the call center off no help
