Poor Service

I booked a flight on Kulula to fly from Johannnesburg to Durban on 10 April at 22:40 as my flight to return from abroad was to arrive in Johannesburg at 20:50 that day. A few days earlier Kulula cancelled this flight and put me on the 20:50 flight to Durban.. I obviously could not make this flight as I was only due to arrive in Johannesburg at that time. I frantically called my sister from abroad to ask her to check what could be done and if kulula could give me the next available flight on another airline or if they could put me up in a hotel for the night. That call from India cost me R190. Kulula point blank refused saying that the only thing they could do was to give me a flight into Durban at 13:00 on 11.04.2015. I could not stay that long in the airport ie from 20:50 0n 10.04.2015 to 13:00 0n 11 april.. My sister then had to purchase a new ticket to Durban on the first available fight which was at 07:05 on 11 April 2015. I had to stay the entire night in jhb airport (10 hours) as I had no money for a taxi or a hotel.. As a result I got quite ill. I am absolutely disgusted with Kulula.
