Poor service

<p>Booked a flight Lanseria to Durban at 18:25. Got a message that the flight was delayed to 21:00. Received a further message that the flight was delayed to 22:15! So the 18:25 flight was never a reality. Bumped onto a later, cheaper flight and no mention so long of making good for the additional cost or inconvenience. I await Kulula's response on this. Perhaps the 18:25 and 21:00 flights should be cancelled rather than mislead the consumer.</p>
