Poor service

Still no joy with FNB/Kulula, after receiving my credit card, they have not uploaded any KYC documents, after speaking to 6 different people for 20 minutes i eventually had to put the phone down as I was being asked to speak to a 7th person, What the hell is going on with you guys, there is no communication, no interest in assisting and no idea what the heck is going can, can you finalize this tedious appallingly long process, it is so damn painful, FNB your service sucks and it is damn disgusting.
