Poor service

We were scheduled for a 12:45 flight in the 3rd of Jan 2019 from Cape Town to jhb, we arived for check ins at 10 o'clock and we're informed that we should wait a bit as we were early. Upon the time we were supposed to check in we were informed that the flight we had booked is full and we would be rescheduled for a flight at 5. We were informed that 1st preference was for those that had selected seat numbers. A number of us were told this information, this was extremely frustrating as we had to wait for 5 hours due to the poor planning of kulula airways.

I would never recommend kulula to anyone despite how "reasonable" the price is. Our 5 flight was also delayed due to reasons not communicated to the passengers.
