Poor service

I took an early flight from JHB to ELS on the 28 December 2018 to attend a function at 13h00, what surprised me when we landed my laggeg was not there left in JHB. Only response the told is the laggeg will be arrive at 17h00 which this inconvenient me for the function that I need to attend. All my clothes are left in JHB. This is very disturbing and now I am stranded sitting in Airport.
