POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I phoned the call center to change the time of flights booked. I was transferred to 4 different people and the last call center agent just dropped my call!! and my request has STILL not been attended to... Is this the kind of service they provide?!? Very disappointed and will not use their services nor will I recommend anyone to in future.
