Poor policies

<p>I booked a flight on kulula from JHB to ELS for Monday 27th of April. The flight costed about R800. I wanted to cancel the flight but I was told I cannot. Then I wanted to change the flight times and dates to a flight that cost about R650 for 30th of April. I was told I need to pay about R350 to change the flight times and dates and they will disregard the fact that the flight on the 30th actually costs significantly less than the flight I had already booked. Clearly I was unwilling to pay the extra R350 because that would really mean I am paying over R1000 for a flight that costs R600... Then to make matters worse, my brother-in-law wanted to take my ticket and use it for his trip but we werte told he cannot use the flight because his surname is different to mine... This is absolutely ridiculous. Kulula policies are absolutely shameful and not user-friendly... Cheap flights or not, this is the last time I use kulula... People beed convenience, lives change, situations change... This is absolutely ridiculous and poor... </p>
