Poor Emergency Preparedness at Kulula

So easy for management to have robust crisis mngmnt plans to keep customers happy. System down at George due to fires, staff do not know how to reserve the few paid seats on the flight for customers who paid for it and already have a boarding pass. I am to tall to fit my legs in the normal seat, not looking forward to the “fold-up”. Would have been better if they gave back my money instead of twlling me to phone in and figure out how to get it back - does not seem worth the effort
