poor customer service & support from Khulula

I am a very frustrated customer trying to get a Khulula service agent to respond to me on a solution for ME given I have valid tickets that could not be used in 2020 due to the lockdown. I have tried over 8 - 15 times to get through the call center to assist me. calls dont get responded to and you hold on for 25 - 30 min. when you do get through the call gets dropped OR agent Sifiso promised to call me back (took my cell number) but never did & agent charmaine who struggled to hear me dropped the call.

is this customer service for khulula. not willingness to accommodate one for tickets purchased during lockdown & now one cannot travel as we back at work.
