Poor customer care line.

Customer service is so bad at this company, we just accept it because what choice do we have with state of airlines in South Africa. I have been trying to call the contact centre for 2 days now to do a schedule change. After you choose correct option the line just goes dead. This is from last night unit today. Why have a number for show?. Clearly you guys just want to take our money and not hear from us again. This is the only way provided to change a flight which in 2021 is pathetic.
