Phone left on flight coming back to its owners :)

Just wanted to share a happy story.

Last night my wife accidently left her phone in the seat pocket when we landed in Cape Town. The plane returned to Lanseria where the phone was found and kept safely at the Kulula baggage office.

I emailed them this morning and got a quick response from Bronwyn Willis in Cape Town who liaised with Lanseria to confirm the phone was there and kept me up to date with everything and how I could get a courier to pick up the device.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the person who found the phone and Bronwyn for her quick responses and help sorting this out.
