permanently delayed

<p>Kulula never fails to live up to expectation of being the "late-est airline in RSA". My brother flew this Monday, flight was delayed three time, and he eventually left 4 hours late. My mother and aunt now are missing what they are going to CTN for because Kulula again delayed today's flights!....</p> <p>This has to be teh worse airline ever, I have never had a good experience with Kulula.....</p>
