Perfume ******!!!

I flew from O.R Tambo to King Shaka on the 15th ( last night ) On flight mn619 at 9:50pm. I choose to fly kulula for many years but today i lost my trust in the service. The ethics and loyalty of kulula service is appalling. We carry luggage and check our luggage in with the expectation of it being there at the neXT destination. Obviously we do not leave money or jewellery in the bag as a precaution but basic toiletries like lotions and perfumes are a daily necessity and do not expect these items to be ******. Furthermore this is an invasion of my privacy and do not expect to be paying for a service only to have double the cost ****** from me. This is pathetic! Extremely terrible service. I will never trust and use kulula ever again! Fellow travellers please beware. There should be surveillance of customers luggage, entering and leaving the carousel as we pay alot for these flights and the ability to transport our luggage. I expect kulula to catch these culprits to avoid fellow travellers being victims to these ****s.<br>
