Penny pintching IDIOTS

<p>We were planning a big holiday with the family which would have seen my mother, husband and I flying to CT for a couple days in June to be with my brother and his family. Unfortunately my mother passed on before we could make the trip. My husband paid for all the tickets and we were advised only my mothers ticket would be refunded and I would get some rewards towards my next trip. This makes no sense as everything was paid for under my husbands name and there he should be reimbursed in full. We did also explain that we no longer live in SA were just visiting. Kulula take no notice.</p> <p>My mothers refund comes through earlier this month with a mail addressed her in a happy jovial tone.</p> <p>We understand that you are penny pintchers but have a bit respect when it comes to dealing with a family who have just a lost a loved one</p> <p>We know for sure that we will not be using Kulula.com ever again so they can give the miles they gave me to someone who needs it!</p>
