Penalty when changing booking.
Beware Kulula will charges you R320.00 per ticket when you want to change a booking. I booked a flight on Friday 11th September to fly in December. I then realized that I had not given myself enough time to get from O.R.Tambo to Lanseria thus I had to change to the next flight. It cost me R320.00 plus the difference in flight charges thus amounting to over R800.00 for my wife and me. I think it is ridiculous to pay when it is so far in advance. Be carefully when making a booking it is a bitter pill to swallow when you are trying to save every sent by booking in advance.

A payable fee would still be charged for any changes made to your reservation. In addition to having to pay a change fee for a change of reservation, you would have to pay any difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight requested.
