Payment system down

I am a vitality member and are booking my flights from JHB to Cape Town for December. The payment system is down and since the last payment error I received the ticket price increased. I contacted my bank and they confirmed (with Kulula) that there is a problem on their side. Please advise on how this will be resolved as the tickets prices are already sky high
