Payment reserved and NO flight confirmation

Trying to make a booking, and I have received message from my bank to say I have reserved payment...but no confirmation of flight booked!!! keeps telling me it is a duplicate booking...but no answer of how to proceed forward. Very quick to take the money, but not so quick to aid in service... You website is lengthy and awful
