Payment processed no reference issued

Im very upset about a week ago i tried to book a return flight with kulula online but had issues with processing the payment. Ended up calling them to make the booking. I used EFT for my payment. Called them almost every day to find out what's the issue. The first consultant i spoke to was Patrick, sent him an email of the proof of payment. When ever I called I was told he is not in and ended up communicating with another consultant called Mikhail Barendse who called me 3 days later to inform me that my flight has been confirmed but till this day i have not received my reference. Emailed him more than once but no response. Im very unhappy because they took my money but their service is poor still waiting for my reference 5 days later
