Receive an sms last night advising that I may book exclusive deals with Kulula as you are flying again in December.

I have been eagerly awaiting to rebook my pre lockdown return ticket for the 15th of December for a return flight to Jo'burg with a one way for my son for the December holidays.

Only to be told that Kulula is only taking new bookings.

Now I still need to wait for a refund or voucher?

Really annoying.
