Paying double for changing tickets
I bought 4 tickets for return flights from O R Tambo International to East London airport for December. I was extremely happy with the price of around R4000 for 4 tickets.<br> <br> Afterwords, it became necessary for me to change the date of my flight (by one day). I ended up having to pay over R4000 rand just to change my 4 tickets! So the total amount of my tickets were over R8000! i find this extremely ridiculous. Apparently the ticket prices had changed since I first booked the flight plus administration costs. How is this even possible?<br> <br> I will make sure to never book a flight with Kulula again! Things happen, and sometimes plans need to be changed. This is just unacceptable!

As kulula.com is a live system, fares are subject to availability. Customers are using different websites night and day to book flights online. As customers are booking, the lower fares are being sold out leaving the higher fares available.
In terms of our change fees, all our fares are subject to availability at the time of booking as our fares not all the same. In the event of changes, customers will be charged an admin fee and the difference between the fare and taxes on the original flight booked and the available fare and taxes (if applicable) on the new flight.
