PATHETIC stay away

Pathetic!

Tried for more than 12 hours to get a hold of their contact center. They did not respond to assist me to change a booking, I have also been ignored via their messenger line on Facebook.

PATHETIC SERVICE! This is now the second time I lost money because of Kululas poor service
