Pathetic Service, No apology after losing my Luggage!!

Flight MN622!! My friend and I checked in together om this flight from Durban to JHB!! We get to JHB and my luggage is missing. After arguing with the rude ladies at the luggage counter (turned out 4 of our luggages were missing) They just told me that me my luggage was left in Durban, it will be on the next. I must come back after an hour. No Apology or any remorse showed, despite telling them I have an event I'm meant to attend at 7pm.
