Pathetic Service from Kulula

KULULA MANAGEMENT : Please take note that the bull**** story of signing of paperwork and then techinical issues is becoming a stale lie.... Time and time again we are disappointed with kulula's turn around time..... yet again we have boarded our flight to Cape Town and now told that the plane is grounded and that u need another plane. This aircraft is a complete waste of time and money and needs to be grounded period ...... your time is money and so is ours .... if we were late for checkin by 5mins you will not allow us to fly yet we need to be stuck in our seats for hours , fustrated. Whats supposed to be a 21:10 flight is now a 12pm .... I demand a full reembersment of my flight payment ..... This is ridiculous !!!!
