Pathetic service from baggage check in

<p>Absolutely a useless airline they have no consideration for passengers traveling in pairs. The response from the *********** lady at the till was that I should have used online check in. Now the thing is I love in the bush without any reception so please explain to me kulula how the hell must I use the online check in pathetic. She is extremely rude and she deserves to beaten with a hot iron </p>
