Pathetic Service

I am very disappointed in the rules that Kulula airline follows. I recently relocated to jhb and I had booked a ticket in November last year. All I wanted was a name change on the ticket to my brother. I called the call center and they were very rude. On top of that they said if i want to cancel then my money is forfeited. I called them at 1:40 today and I am still waiting for them to return my call up till now 8pm.

I will not leave this matter. I am extremely upset at their customer service.
