Pathetic Service!

<p>I booked 3 flights on the 31/10/2016 with Kulula for the 11th of December, 2 were booked with vitality and 1 without.<br />in error, I booked the 21.30pm flight for the 1 passenger instead of the 20.10pm flight ( which was my intention.) I booked the flights on behalf of my parents in law, and the error was picked up late last night, upon calling the call center I was told that i would have to pay an additional R342 to have the time changed.</p> <p>this is ****************, apart from the R342 theres an additional R120! the flight prices are exactly the same as the day i booked it! i am furious! Kulula has no sense of time whatsoever! they make people wait, have no customer service and are greedy for money.</p> <p>All 3 passengers live in the same house, they are all travelling together, this is a huge inconvenience if 1 passenger has to travel separately. kulula is never on time, my parents in law would have to wait a very long while for the other passenger. i have emailed twice already with no response!</p>
