Pathetic service

I have been trying to get hold of anyone at kulula for the past 3 weeks and there has been no answer at all this is F***ING pathetic. I canceled a booking on the 5th November and a have not received my refund. I have called every single day atleast 8 to 10 times and no answer. I have escalated the matter further.
