Pathetic service

On the 26th Nov at Durban airport we were checked in by Debbie, very arrogant lady - usually when we check in, I would check in everyone with their bags, she insisted she wanted to see everyone checking in, like we were traveling with kids, the lady's are 60years and older, I then got all the ladies to check in as she required. Being patty she missed the fact that my ID was in RORO and my TICKET in Wright - when I was about the board the flight I couldn't board because of the surname which your staff over look because she was being patty. I had to board a flight @ 1pm sat like a fool at the airport all alone I was at the airport @ 5h45 and only left **********
