Pathetic service

Book last flight to kzn and they claim to be on time . They are so useless it's not funny. LATE . Arrogant groundstaff . Now u get to kzn late and there is no rentals ? But be one minute late and u get moved and must pay to another flight . I pray they get this kind of service so they can see how ****py it is
