Pathetic service

Dear Kulula. I had a 8:00am flight with you guys this morning at King shaka . I was at the check in desk at 07:14am. The consultant at the desk says sorry you can not get on to your flight as you are late... which I was not. You guys then charge me a further R638 to get on to another flight ! There were 10 to 12 other people who seemed to have the same problem. I spoke to the manager at King shaka... no help, I spoke to numerous consultants over the phone ... no help. You guys seem to be in the business of *******!!!!!!!! And not air travel. Some one needs to get in touch with me ASAP and I need my money refunded.
